The reflection journal is perfect for taking a few minutes for mindful mornings and thankful evenings. A chance to start the day in the right mindset and end with a relaxing reflection on what’s been and what’s to come. You can give as much or as little of your time.
A luxurious day cream infused with vitamin C and bio-peptides. After double cleansing, I use this most evenings and my skin feels amazing. Trying to fight those wrinkles.
There are loads of places to buy yourself a yoga mat. Mine’s a reversible one from Nike. In all truth the mat doesn’t matter, the fact that you are moving your body is the wonderful thing for your wellness, both mentally and physically.
This comes hand in hand with no.5 for me. I carve out time in the evening, most evenings, to read and when I do I have my Neom diffuser on with its lovely soft light and beautiful relaxing scent. Scent your home, and boost your wellbeing.
I’m currently reading the Court of Thorns and Roses series and I love it, but the fact is I love reading. Finding a good book and reading before sleep is a wonderful way to wind down. Put down those phones and pick up the book.

In reality, sometimes taking time for ourselves and our wellness is hard, but we all deserve it. And when we do and we feel great that transfers to others. Wellness is more than a book or journal but these little things are my way of improving my wellness.
