Postage
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 2-4 working days of ordering unless otherwise stated on our website.
We don’t ship on UK bank holidays as our postal service doesn’t run.

UK delivery is charged at:
£1.99 for standard Royal Mail second-class delivery (approx 2-3 business days from dispatch)
or
£4.99 for Royal Mail 48h Tracked.
free delivery for orders totalling £25 or over.
Orders are aimed to be despatched within 2-4 working days.
Europe
All items are sent by airmail through Royal Mail International Standard (untracked). (approx 5-7 days from dispatch)
Although this may be longer.

Packaging
We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible, so we don’t use any plastic in our packaging.
All our orders are packed in tissue paper and cardboard meaning you can reuse or recycle them at home.
Where possible and appropriate for the product, we try to use recycled silk or recycled uncoated paper.
Returns
We don’t often receive returns, but if you’re not 100% happy and need to return an item we’re here to help.
Please note, the buyer is responsible for the costs of the returns. We do not supply returns labels.
How long do I get to return an item?
Our return policy is 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Please note I do not offer returns on sale items.

How long until I get my money back?
Once your returned item is received, I will check over the item, and, providing they are in the resalable condition a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to purchase. A refund can take up to 14 days.
